This is what happens when Nick leaves the table to get the laundry in the middle of supper. And yes, Gambit did makes moves on that food, but the evil Nicole eye prevented him from actually touching any of it. But he still tried and didn't jump down. So this is the scene Nick came back to.

Yeah, Bob and I act all kinds of surprised when our cats get up on the table when we have company. Other than that, they basically salivate over out plates.

LOL! Love the picture! That's pretty much the same story here, too. We're fairly strict about no cats on the table or counters, but our little 20lb beast continues to expect his own chair and place setting.
