Nicole, I am ridiculously impressed by how many books you consume in a month!!!

Wow, 143 books! Thats awesome! I, too, am very impressed.

How was Died Blonde? There's a series of them, right?

I was going to ask about Died Blonde too, it's going on my updated wishlist. I've read the others so I'm curious about this one.

Nicole said...

Yes, Died Blonde was good. I haven't read the others in the series, but now I want to.

Karen, I think it's just that if I have some downtime in the evenings or on weekends, I read. I don't do much during the day, most is either on weekends or between 10 and 11/midnight on weekdays. I think I just read fast. Read Erin McCarthy's Mouth to Mouth within a couple hours yesterday while listening to the Municipal Band downtown for the Fourth. Was nice to sit and read while listening to good music while waiting for it to get dark for the fireworks.

Wow Nicole!
Thanks for visiting my blog and giving me a recommendation! You ARE the one who recommended Summon the Keeper from Nina B's Blog. Haven't seen you visit for awhile. Even though STK wasn't a romance per se, there was sort of one in the second which was gratifying. I just read the most outlanding book, if I may return the favor.
The Remarkable Miss Frankenstein by Minda Webber.
The title alone made me pick up the book. It was fun. I mean, a world where Dr. Jykell was a Science prize competitor and Dr. Durlock Homes and Dr. Whutson were "on the case" as well are just a few of the sillies that just had me ROTFL! Let me know if you ever have a chance to check it out. Um, it is a romance...*grin*

So, Nicole,

Did you ever finish Nibbles N' Bits from EC?

Nicole said...

Judy, I haven't quite finished the last story, but I read yours and it was so hilarious! Just loved it.
