Ah...the goodness that is new books and loads of shopping

So I went shopping today. Was my day off. Had money to spend. Let me tell you, that is a good feeling. Very good. I am now in possession of a seriously cute green cord blazer from Younkers. And Lane Bryant has 40% off all their jeans, so I bought three pairs. None of their tops fit anymore, but the jeans still do (damn butt). I'm not quite sure what I'll do when I no longer can wear their smallest size. It's sad when the low rise jeans still go up to my navel. But I do like the jeans I got. Their average length is about right for me. Seems for a short person (not quite 5'2"), I've got long legs. Let me tell you, petite lengths don't even touch the tops of my feet! Anyways, I spent ALL day shopping. Felt good.

Oh, and bought Gambit a new water bowl. You can see it here. It's been running since around noon. I'm not quite sure he's used it yet. He seems very wary of it.

But on to books:

Dead End Dating by Kimberly Raye
Pale Immortal by Anne Frasier
Slave to Sensation by Nalini Singh
Out of This World by Jill Shalvis
True Blood by Patricia Waddell
Treason Keep by Jennifer Fallon
Heart Quest by Robin D. Owens

Ermmm....seems to be the month for paranormal/futuristic/fantasy stuff.

out of this world was good. right up until the pirates came. But, other than that, good.

Ohhh, nice water dish. My cats prefer the water from my glass. It's especially lovely when they dip their toes in to see how deep it is. We have plastic cups with water all over the house because the minute I leave a glass of water alone too long I start to wonder what exactly the cats have been doing.
