I need more time

in a day. Just isn't enough time. I've declared tonight as off limits to FFXII. Need to spend some time with the husband. I've been neglecting him. And the laundry. And I need to make chocolate chip cookies for work tomorrow.

There are a few books that I've been meaning to get as ebooks, but won't until I finish up Mel's book.

No Rest For the Wicked by Kresley Cole
The Spider Stone by Alex Archer
Strip Tease by Kate Davies

I also really want to read Linda Lael Miller's newest, but don't feel like paying trade price for it. I hope it comes in to the library or work.

DH got a new computer (okay, the guts are new) and spent last night getting it up and running. So now I get his old ram for my computer, but er....need to clean that area off so he can actually get to my case. it's a bit piled high. Perhaps I will clean it tonight and give you all before and after pictures. it's pretty bad. But I'll have 2 gigs of ram when it's all done. Nice.

Godsmack concert tomorrow. Yay! Swiping their first cd from my brother was how I really started listening to rock. So it'll be fun to see them live.

And argh, anyone else HATE political phone calls? Ooph. Thank goodness it'll all be done next Tuesday. And yes, I will be voting. No, I won't tell you how. :-Þ

NOt so much the phone calls (well - not the phone calls at all since they don't call us here) but I'll be glad after the elections too. We get a lot of American channels here and those commercials are getting vicious!! They aren't even pretending to get to the issues anymore - just ripping up the other guy is all they are doing. And both parties are equally guilty.

Yep, those ads are bad! And Kristie - they do do political phone calls up here in Canada but, they call them polls. I got a call and I usually don't know anything until the day I vote (because my head would explode before hand)so I wasn't horribly helpful and I was floored when they asked me who I was voting for. Uh, that's classified information!! I always thought people were very private about who they were voting for - except for those people with the lawn signs.

Nicole - I missed what FFXII is but I'll back check and I can't wait for a few free hours to read the new Cole book!

Laundry? Oh crap.

I got a chance to read the new LLM - and it was actually my first by her - and it was really good, IMO.

Well gee, Nicole.

I've been called by Bill CLinton, Clint Eastwood, Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, "A Firefighter working to keep your family safe", and Arnold Schwarzenn....whatever his name is. I can never spell it. They all sounded so friendly on their pre-recorded messages.

I felt so special when former President Bill Clinton called. It's a shame that former Vice President Al Gore was too busy to give me ring. I'm in the phone book, after all.
